Whether I’m taking a non-stop to a nearby city or encircling the globe, there are some items I never leave home without.

• An eye mask. For naps on planes, in cars or at my destination, I love bringing a simple eye mask along to catch some extras z’s. Be sure to bring extra makeup to touch up smudges from the mask.

• Mini deodorant. I love Smarty Pits’ minis - they are cute, tiny, and smell wonderful. Bonus points for being non-toxic!

• Ear plugs. You never know when your neighbor will snore or the deafening sound of the airplane for hours on end will result in a headache.

• Valor Essential Oil Blend. We love applying this to achy necks, as after application we don’t feel stiff or in pain anymore. We never travel without it.

• Thieves Essential Oil Blend Roll-On. A powerful immune booster, we love to roll this on our feet, and rarely get sick anymore!

• Journal. Whether for hand lettering or note-taking, I love having something to do when I don’t want to be/can’t be on my phone.

• Chapstick. I love Young Living’s Grapefruit lip balm SO MUCH. Smooth, buttery-soft & delicious.
