Cooking with Essential Oils

Recently, I have been captivated by the world of spices.

Gordon Ramsey, on his show ‘The Ultimate Cookery Course’ shares that whole spices are the best to use in cooking as you can hand-grind them as needed and the spices retain the essential oils when kept whole until used. This ensures fuller, richer, better flavor (and it’s healthier, too!).
